COVID-19 - An Update for our Clients and Business Partners
“COVID-19 and Murphy O’Rawe Business Continuity and Contingency Planning”
We are all aware of the complex challenges created by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to monitor the situation to ensure appropriate measures are in place.
Our key priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff, colleagues, our clients and other stakeholders. We will ensure that we continue to meet our clients’ requirements and ensure delivery of services, while working safely.
Given the rapidly changing environment presented by COVID-19, we have taken precautions to alter our normal pattern of working and to restrict travel and meetings. We will encourage staff to work remotely from home, rather than at our Belfast offices. We have put in place remote data and systems access and other collaborative tools, to support and enable our Solicitors to continue to provide services through remote working.
We have implemented measures as of 18th March 2020:
Our preference is to receive correspondence by email (in terms of instructions and documentation). Where correspondence or papers are to be sent by post, please also send a copy email with attachments.
We live and work in unprecedented times. Our aim is to ensure business continuity and to help you negotiate and overcome challenges. We will continue to monitor developments and Government advice. We will fully meet our clients’ requirements while ensuring the health and wellbeing of our staff and their families.
All Murphy O’Rawe staff are contactable via email, mobile phone or direct land line.
In the event that the Government announces an effective lockdown of work activities, our Solicitors will continue to be accessible by email while working remotely and contactable by phone. A full list of our partners and solicitors email addresses and contact numbers is available here.
