Teresa Curran is one of Northern Ireland’s  leading solicitors working in the fields of property, both residential and commercial, private client, trusts and estates, liquor licensing and charity law.

She has over 40 years experience working in private and commercial practice both in the UK and internationally. After qualifying and practicing as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, she was also admitted to the role of solicitors in England and Wales.  Teresa worked for 10 years in Trust and Estate management and administration in England, the Isle of Man and South Africa for several international companies before returning to NI.
Teresa built and lead the Property and Private Client department at a leading Belfast firm, later becoming partner before retiring in 2017 to pursue a busy consultancy career.
Teresa has an active interest in social housing law having acted for a number of housing associations in NI over the last 30 years.
Her expertise has been recognised by many, including being featured in Chambers UK. Teresa continues to share her expertise, sitting on the boards of several charitable organisations as well as the development committee of one of the larger housing associations in Northern Ireland.
